While some people arrive at Scent From Heaven with a specific idea of what they would like to work on, others simply know they are supposed to be here. People come to Scent From Heaven for all sorts of reasons, from hoping to heal a specific medical challenge, injury or chronic pain, to seeking support in dealing with grief, relationships, or major life transitions. You may realize that you are out of balance, looking for guidance on where to begin and how to proceed, or you may be intending to find inspiration and clarity on your spiritual path.
At your introductory meeting we look at your history, challenges and goals. From there we develop a program specifically designed for your unique needs and interests. We explore the underlying issues and patterns that have caused a disruption of balance, looking at how heal from the inside out. Usually a session is 1.5 hours. One or two hour sessions are also available. Generally clients like to have a weekly appointment or every other week. Once an issue is resolved, many people choose to have monthly follow up appointments for a check-in or tune-up. Appointments are available by phone or in person at the Santa Barbara office.
