With an attitude of gratitude, learn to shift to a new perspective of honoring the integrity and wonder of your miraculous body and being.
At Scent From Heaven we meet you where you are with acceptance and understanding. We focus on teaching you about the importance of whole, organic, natural food. We assist you in improving your relationship with food and your body. We look at uncovering the source of issues and replacing old patterns with healthier ones of a higher order. At your initial consult, we review your history, daily schedule and current food choices, as well as your challenges and goals. Together we develop a personal program based on your individual lifestyle, needs and interests, making changes at a pace that is comfortable for you.
