Go Wild Blueberry Mango Citrus Pie

The recipe for this refreshing, super fruit pie was inspired by Anthony William, author of Life-Changing Foods. It is so delicious and easy to make in its simplicity. Adding essential oils brings a depth of flavor like nothing else.       

Yield: 9-inch pie, 6 to 8 servings
Time required: 1 hour
Equipment: food processor
Prepare ahead: thaw wild blueberries
Young Living essential oils: Tangerine and Citrus Fresh

¼ cup raw macadamia nuts             
½ cup raw coconut flakes  
2 cups pitted dates   
½ teaspoon lime zest powder           


  1. Run all of the ingredients in a food processor until well combined.
  2. Transfer to a 9-inch pie pan, pressing the crust evenly along the bottom and sides of the pan.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator. 


4 cups frozen wild blueberries, thawed and drained
1 mango, diced
1 cup pitted dates
1 tablespoon lime juice
½ teaspoon lime zest powder
2 to 4 drops Tangerine YLEO
2 to 4 drops Citrus Fresh YLEO


  1. Set aside half of the wild blueberries.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to a food processor and run until smooth.
  3. Stir in the wild blueberries that were set aside.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared crust. Refrigerate for one hour until firm.
  5. Store the pie in a sealed container for up to five days in the fridge or up to one month in the freezer. 


  • Create taste variations by using different essential oils, such as ginger, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg or lemon.
  • Use other nuts or seeds for the crust such as cashews or walnuts.
