Each 90-minute class concludes with a powerful sound healing meditation, featuring Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls, specifically designed to deepen and enhance the topic of each gathering. The focus for this week is on connecting with the power of the crystal kingdom. Crystals are gifts to us from Mother Earth.
